• Cameras & Monitoring: For safety and security, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera that records audio and video at the entryway. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
• Identity Verification Required: We use Truvi for guest verification. You must complete a quick identity check by uploading a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) after booking.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or in the pool area.
• Primary Renter Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, must be staying at the property, and is responsible for all guests and visitors during the stay.
• Laundry Nearby: A full-service laundromat is just a 1-minute walk away, offering same-day service at very reasonable prices.
